Dean’s Office for Administration - Prad


The Dean’s Office for Administration is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, executing and controlling the following services:
Cooperation agreements; agreements; environmental management; purchases of assets and equipment; hiring of continued and non-continued services; preventive and corrective maintenance of movable and immovable property as well as equipment; management and distribution of permanent and consumable goods and chemical products; outlook of property; protocol; transportation; Institutional Recordkeeping; conservation and urbanism of all areas; property management and evaluation; management of property that is assigned for economic purposes; management of the didactic blocks A, B and C; and management of the Study Bases.
