The Physics Degree course aims to train professionals to act as teachers. The Physics teacher is a professional who, supported by solid and updated knowledge, must, in his/her teaching activities, be able to approach and treat new and traditional problems and, through an adequate didactic transposition, provide the students with access to scientific and technological knowledge and practice. The Physics Student will be trained to plan and develop different didactic experiences in Physics and to elaborate or adapt didactic materials of different natures, identifying their learning and educational objectives. In addition, a solid background in Physics teaching will allow graduates to continue their studies in master's and doctoral programs in the area. Due to the low rate of qualified Physics teachers in the country, the job market is full of job opportunities for graduates.
