Law

The main function of the bachelor of Law is to study the rules of law with the purpose of managing the relation between individuals and society. It is key to have an integral, humanist, technical-legal and practical education background in order to interdisciplinarily comprehend the law phenomenon and the social transformations, and interpret situations in accordance with the law. The bachelor of law may choose to work as a lawyer if he passes the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) test, or they can work in the public sector as a judge, a public prosecutor, an attorney, a chief police officer, among other positions which require taking a public examination test.
